Purchased the clock through home shopping network for my child. The total cost with a 3-year warranty was $72.94. It was returned for repair/replacement over fourteen months ago. The clock was about 8 months old. The hands fell off.
After several months of not receiving the clock I found a telephone number and called. The spokesperson was very rude to me, but did say the clock would be sent out whenever they received the new clocks in. A few months again passed. I again called. The number was "out of service". I believe they ripped me off. My daughter was heartbroken. She loved the clock. How can I get my
money back? I'm sure others were ripped off as well.
