We got a letter from a collections from Adams Wireless service for $500.00. We had bought sprint phones in Oct. And my husband payed cash for the phones and the service. They phones were never turned on so we had to go back to this place get the money back and go to a Sprint Store and make the payments. With in 30 days our phones where turned off 3 times. We were taken for granted so we canceled our service. We didn't owe any money to sprint.
So, Last week we get the collection bill and wondering what the hell? So we called this lady named Denise 510-796-1006. She said my husband signed a contract. And my husband said he did not sign a thing. All he got was the recipts for the phones and the activation fees and the phones. So Denise was suppose to fax this supposed contrat. But hasn't we made pleanty of phone calls to her asking were is this contract. And we need to be taken off collection for this bogus amount of money she is trying to collect.
Please Help someone.
