I had paid a settlement to RPM LLC, of $197.29 to have my sprint phones turned back on, they assured me this was all i needed to do to have my phones turned back on. I was told to wait 48 hours and the phones would be on.
After a week of waiting, the phones were not on so i called the company back. A man named Dante told me that i needed to pay another $21 to have my phones turned on. So i did and proceded to wait another 48 hours.
The phones were still not turned back on at this time. During this time this company is calling me daily harrassing me about needing to pay another $300 that i am suppose to owe now. I have argued that i couldn't owe that because i paid the settlement offered and have not asked that my contract be canceled.
Not only do they call daily but they are very rude and offensive when they call. They have called me a liar and have refused to let me speak with Dante again. I do not know to how much extent they communicate with sprint but it is clear to me it is not much at all and not very well.
