Charged me for phones that were supposed to be free

I was a Nextel customer before, so when my contract ended, I figured it was time to get texting, etc., all the good stuff. On July 14, I went on Sprints page picked out the plan I wanted, then the phones. I picked the LG Rumor 2. They cost $79.99 each. I ordered 2. Since I was getting a new plan, the cost to me was $0.00, or so I thought. I got my bill today ($603.91) and I WAS CHARGED 79.99 plus 4.00 tax or 83.99 each. I called Sprint, but got the usual run-a-round. They told me that there was no promotion at that time and that I would have to pay for both phones. I would never have ordered the phones if I had to pay for them. They told me to take them to a Sprint store to get a refund on the phones, BUT what am I going to use if I have no phones.
