Ripoff on return of goods not correctly advertized no clear return policy stated

Bought a tv stand from them advertized to be of certain dimensions. When it came, the dimensions were a lot less than advertized making it useless for me.

Called them and they insisted that I pay for the return shipping. To expedite matters, I did pay for the return shipping. Although, in general, I never pay for return shipping from items purchased on the web.

When my credit card was finally refunded, a $100 less was returned. When I called and asked them why, they told me that I had to pay for the original shipping as well. They never told me about this. And $100 for shipping seemed high. I paid $50 for UPS to return it.

When I complained further they got REALLY RUDE and more or less told me to shove it.

I am using my credit card to file a dispute against them. From the demeanor of the sales persons (Mike/Dave), I imagine that I am not the first person to be ripped off by this company. They need to be out of business for the public good.
