They advertized that their product was great for people with health problems and they would send a few bottle with only shipping charge of $2.95. I ordered it on the internet, giving them my credit card information for the shipping. They asked that a call must be made to cancel within ten days. The product was not good, so I canceled after 5 days, even though I had difficulty, being transfered to another receiver about twice. She finally said that my order was cancelled. But I received a package from them in about 5 days anyway Since I do not have a car, being 89 years of age, I sent it back to them by returning to sender. They said that they could not give me credit for it since I did not return the shipping number with the return. On their report to Bank of America credit card, they say that I ordered the $99.97 by phone when I first contracted them, which is a lie that no-one should believe. Enclosed a few copies of complaints against Schwiez Health and reports from credit card about their report. Whatever you can do to stop these scamers from hurting customers, and seeing that I do not have to pay that horrible amount of $99.97 for nothing, I would greatly appreciate.
