Have 2 phones for 11 months, they do not work at my house for the last 3 weeks most of the time. When I talked to them several times tried to tell me i needed new phones and new contract. Also know several other people in the area haveing problems. Keep saying that they will check on it, two days ago sent update to my phone no luck. Problem I have is that everyones phones do not work.
How do I get out of paying term fees? Customer service said i would be billed it if I do not pay my bill, up to me if I pay or not that it will be sent to collections and hurt my credit. Have no problem for paying for service that works. However this does not any more. Also was told I would give up my 2498 roolover min, who cares phones do not work that is why I have them. Will never have a CINGULAR or ATT.
