I bought an electric oven, Frigidare, for the amount of $589.82 on 12/30/04 and paid cash for it. It stopped working on 01/27/05 and was told that I couldn't bring it back to the store for a new replacement. I attended the store and was told that it would have to be handled by a factory repairman, which would get in touch with me. She did call me and told me that my town was out of her frigidaire area. She did however give me the telephone number of another repair person who I called and was told that it would be 3 days before they could come and check on it. It might take weeks to get parts. Now my family can not cook food for the entire weekend?

I took out an oven that was 15 years old but still worked and bought a new one that lasted not even a month. They have no on staff help, (repair person) like I was told. I will never buy another thing from hhgregg and I will tell the world about the experience I had with them. I also was told by my sales person that "appliances aren't like they used to be" WHATEVER!
Yes I was ripped off extremely and I don't like it a bit.
