As you may know, there is mobile messenging on many phones offered by certain wireless phone companies. The problem that I am having is being billed for text messages I send. When i called the phone company (ATT)... They said that I was making text messages through my phone, which I wasn't. I have been making text messages through my computer, and some how, the phone company records these text messages as charges on my phones, and I complained to relieve the charges... But they do nothing about it.
Then i thought it could have been a software glitch, but I did look at the factors. Being simutaniously logged into a Screenname from two different locations was the problem causer. But I cannot do anything about the charges, so need to find help, or at least a reason they should credit my account for text messages i had not sent from my phone. Their response was completely out of hand - "You were logged into AIM through the internet, meaning You were using your cellphone as a computer. So therefore, you were making your textmessages through your cellphone."... My response was "THATS TOTAL BULLS*!" So please, anyone, help me find a resolution to this problem?
