Ripoff no response to emails or phone calls and no product

This company offers "lightening fast delivery" and says that if you arder today the product will arrive in 2 to 3 days. The product doesn't show up, they charge your card immediately however and they are uncontactible.

There is a rebuttal on the consumer complaints website - which also seems suspicious - especially because it comes from Spokane, Washington - like the company itself.
