Same as others, I ordered the trial sample and authorized a $1.97 charge to receive the product. Unlike others, I did read the fine print, and did send an email cancelling future charges and product delivery within 15 days. I received no response... But no product, either, so I ASSUMED (!) that they had removed me from their list. WRONG! I received my most recent credit card bill with a $49.95 charge, and see online that my next bill has the same charge. I have sent 3 more emails, and tried calling to no avail. And, by the way, still no product. I'll now be working through my credit card company.
