Did not have product they advertised, took money immediately however. Now 2 months later trying to get product or refund and cannot get response
Do not do business with this company!
I ordered a part in April. My credit card was charged the very same day.
I contacted them in May, and they said the don't have the product and cannot get it. They claimed that they would issue a refund.
It's now another month later, and still no refund. Not responding to calls/emails either. Half the time the phone doesn't go through. I can understand if a mistake was made, but it feels like a second job having to hound them to get a refund.
This is a pretty lousy way to treat customers, and you would be better off just avoiding this company.
