Ordered a greenhouse on 4-29-06. Told it would ship in 7 to 14 days, by salesperson, Chloe. It did not.
Received e-mail, after serveral attempts to reach them, from Michelle, that it would ship on 6-5-06. It did not. Made phone calls, was told by answering service that company did not respond to phone calls, to use e-mail instead. This was done several times, with no response.
On 6-10, I e-mailed company to cancel order. Again on 6-12 I e-mailed twice and phoned once to confirm cancellation. I have received no response on any level. The day of the order they charged my credit card $1098.99, and I have not heard from them nor received the product.
I have filed complaints with the BBB in Washington as well as with the State Attorney Generals office in Washington.
