We bought a LG fridge 5 years ago. I paid the offered flat rate to have it fixed. The technician came on Monday and determined it had a leak and was toast. It is now Saturday and they have not come to a decision on how much they will give me towards a new fridge.
After calling three times, they have informed me I need to call Monday (a full week from having it serviced) to see what "they can do for me". LG-your servicing stinks!
