I sent my phone back to Samsung for repairs. They then lost it.in December they promised to send me a new phone in January as a replacement but when I called them in January they shifted the blame to DPD, stating that I must take up the case with them, claiming that it was DPD who had lost it. DPD have stated that they take no responsibility for this and that Samsung is responsible. Samsung's customer service is the worst I have experienced and now I do not have a phone even though Samsung originally promised that they would be sending me a new one.
