I went in to exchange an item from one game system to another. Though the game cost the same price on both devices the employee who was in charge of doing the exchange couldn't properly work the computer and ended up having to return one item and buy the other. As is the case for many items the refund price was not the same as the original price and so she made us pay the 15 difference for the game. So essentially we paid the full price plus an extra 15.41 for the game. When we called in to try and resolve the issue they connected us. Back to the same women who helped us and obvs the issue was not resolved.
