If you have purchased items on sale and then later try to exchange them (with a receipt since they require one), they will still charge you the regular/current price; not the sale price. Apparently they cannot "recreate" the sale price per their customer service department. Apparently this is even the case if the original item is broken or defective. I find this quite odd since other companies manage to "recreate" the sale price; and if I were to return the item out right I doubt they'd give me back the regular price! So, I plan to take my business elsewhere; where an exchange is truly an exchange. Just wanted to let everyone know. Feel free to pass this on to all the parents you know.
