I recently purchased a car charger while vacationing in dallas i live in florida upon my return home after not using the product.in fact never opend it, and still in original packaging trid to return the 35 dollar item. And was told by a very rude associate it was to long. Unless i was a platinum member. I was shocked. Her advice was to give it to someone. Wow not the answer i was looking for as a loyal customer im very dissapointed. All policies should have exceptions, i realize people do silly things. So with that said without being satisfied in this matter iam no longer a best buy customer.
