Not just the consumer they try to fiddle

Not only does this company appear to not look after their customers, they also are lacking when paying for work carried out by someone daft enough to think it might add to an already tight revenue stream.
Take ages to pay then start querying the amount we are charging them, despite the fact they have confirmed and authorised repair & we have returned the set to their client.
