I have been a metro pcs customer for 3 years and had have several of there phone, i decided to upgrade to samsung 3 and have had nothing but problem. First the phone kept shuting off and the battery kept dying after being charged all night for 10 hours, as soon as i unpluged it would die with in 5 minutes, had battery replaced by store about 3 different times, i finally got feed up and went to store to resolve issue, they said my phone was refurbished, i bought the phone 6 month ago brand new for $700 dollars, come to find out they sold me a refurbished phone, or my phone was swapped out for refurbished phone when i came in to get it fixed. Stay away from this company they are very shady and not to be trusted, If you don't want to spend a lot of money for used phone, then stay away from this company!!!
