This is a con business. Once they have taken your device away they blackmail you to pay the fee (£80), otherwise they will not tell you what the problem is. Once you pay, they say that the cost of repair is too high and they will not repair it. They are rude, unprofessional, a kind of people whom you wonder why they are allowed to trade in this country.
