Overheating - envy

I'm reaching out with regards to the HP Envy 15 that I sent back earlier. I'm still having similar heat issues and not only is it a safety issue, my computer automatically shuts down after a few minutes of use.

1. On normal use (Chrome only), the computer CPU temperature rises to 80 degrees celsius
2. With Excel and Word added (still very light usage), the temperature hit a high of 95 degrees
3. While pushing the computer a bit with videos, the temperature rose to 100 degrees within 7 minutes and it shutdown to protect itself

I was told that for this model, the "acceptable temperature" is 105 degrees - but the computer shuts down at 100. The outer case is made of Magnesium and it probably reaches 70 degrees on the outside surface. Normal computers are around 30 degrees even during stress testing (i.E. Cooler than body temperature) and this is dangerous. All this is happening in an air-conditioned room and the computer fans are at full blast.

This overheating happens everytime and has happened multiple times. I'm attaching the photos of the temperature as well as of the shutdowns. You can see that it shut down only after 7 minutes of running videos. I'm sure that this is a model issue as the fan and heatsink were just replaced. I've mentioned this numerous times and I think it's not acceptable that this happens time and again.

I look forward to hearing from you about a resolution beyond just sending it back for testing. I just want a computer that works - i.E. A different model.

Best,
Yan
