To Whom It May Concern,
We had a repairman come to service our refrigerator at a cost of $126.00. The serviceman looked at it and *thought* he saw no trouble with the temperature which when he looked at it, it said 5 degrees below zero. BUT he looked at the celcius, not the farenheit temperature which was at 15-18 degrees. Because of this temperature our pizza's, ice cream, etc are very soft and not frozen at all. I do not feel that we should have to pay the cost of him coming because of the fact that he read it wrong. We will not do business with Sears again (we get most of our appliances there) if this can not be resolved. Please let us know if we have to pay for the service OR if someone will come and check it again at no cost. We look forward to your response. Our e-mail is: [email protected]
Thank you
