I have a TV that has a failing bulb and called in for a replacement bulb to be sent out and was informed that my warranty had expired June 1st today is June 5th my receipt was printed June 1st it was almost a month before I received the TV. I spoke with someone at the 1800 number and his supervisor Manny and didn't feel like either of them wanted to help me. I spent $449.00 dollars on a warranty and I need a replacement bulb that cost less than $40.00 dollars and they would rather loose any future business with me than send me a replacement. The warranty is supposed to include 2 bulbs I just need 1. If someone doesn't take care of me they will loose any future business from me or any of my friends. I will let them know of my experience.
