We just bought a HP4620 printer, fax, scanner. Bad design. Hard to load paper unless you like having the top of your hand skinned up. Also just ran out of ink. This printer has 4 different cartridges. Very small so you have to refill them often. Most places won't refill which means you have to buy a new one. Just came back from buying one a the guy at the store said HP designed this deliberately to make more money on ink. I will never buy an HP product again.
