Tech supoort nor Customer service resolves any problems. After contacting gateway computer via certified mail reguarding my bad pc and recieving another mixed up pc with parts that conflict with the operating system. I have to send another certified leter. Gateway computers and the suport staff are not what they make out to be. Your average phone time is never less than 1 hour to get anything logged and it is never resolved. I am still trying to get my pc the way it should and by the way this has been going on over a year.
