Tmobile is the worst company to deal with. I didnt sign a contract with them. I told them i would be canceling my account 4 days before my cycle ended. At that point i had used 700 out of 1000 minutes, i called cingular the next day to sign up for servive. That day i spent about an hour on the phone with cingular. I checke dmy minutes that night and i was right at 1000! I am a guy and i dont spend much time on the phone, tmobile trie dto rip me off, but i wil dispute the charge with my credit card company when the bill arrives. To all the tmobile workers good luck finding a job in 2 years when cingular/nextel/sprint take all your customers. To the future t mobile customers caveat emptor.
To the employee who responds to this, do your computers have a button you press when you want to overcharge a customer that is leaving?
