I knew a little bit about computers, but after I bought the gateway junk I bet you with all the problems I had with my first computer and the replacement I more than likely can become A certified. After pulling out memory, video cards, replacing and reformatting hard drives I think I could pass it with a breeze. Only problem I have is I don't have any money because I'm still trying to pay off a computer that is outdated and obsolete. The computer probably sells for $700.00 dollars, but I'm paying 25%and the system cost close to 2,000 dollars. I been paying on this system for almost three years. It still works sometimes. I got tired of getting gateway replacement parts, so I put some of my own stuff into it. Maybe that's why it works sometimes.
