I have been a loyal customer and avid fan of Best Buy for many years. I have had a Best Buy Credit Card since 2009. Recently, my husband and I purchased a video camera Vixia. We did not receive a statement for the Feb. Billing and I ordered one online. This caused us to receive a $25 late fee. I called and requested to have the fee removed as we pay timely. The rep., Kim said they would waive 50% of the fee. That's it? That's my reward for being an avid Best Buy customer for so many years? We have spent thousands of dollars with Best Buy over the years and they want to be petty over $25.00? Really? I'm angry. Good luck with customer service like that. Why couldn't you just waive the $25.00? DonnaK
