Recently due my moving from Rockford, Illinois to Amarillo, Texas I did not have access to the Internet which caused me to be 3 or 4 days late making my credit card payment. I was charged a $25 late fee and interest charges. I am asking that under the circumstances that caused the late payment that these chages be taken off since I have been a loyal customer and paid my charges monthly in full except for one time when I was traveling and was slightly late. I am asking for this courtesy for customer relations.
