LG dont want to refund back my money

I spoke with Valerie the executive manager of LG company about an issue i had with the LG Motion 4G cell phone that i have to return back to LG because that device containts toxic chemicals that it was giving me bad reactions allergies all the time i was using that device and told her to please refund my money back because i only had that phone for one week and still brand new and under the warranty but Valerie refused to listen to me and to return my money. I told her that i did speak to customer service Rick and told him the issue with the device. Rick told me that all i had to say was that i dont want it the phone and return it and LG will be giving me back my total refund and then i told Rick that i was going to go to the post office to return back the cell phone to get my refund and Rick then said okay that he was going to file a claim and someone was going to contact me and i will be all set. I then went to the post office and returned the device next day and got a message from LG supervisor to call back and i did today and i got Valerie the executive manager of LG and while i was explaining my situation she didnt want it to hear it and she kept interrupting me saying negative feedbacks such as: "i am not going to give you your refund" " that problem is not covered by the warranty" " i am not going to take back the phone" "i cant do nothing about it" "it is not covered by the warranty" "toxic chemicals got nothing to do with your cell phone" i then told her to read the first page of the booklet of this device that is in red color which says the following: WARNING: "This product contains chemicals to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Wash hands after handling". Valerie again refused to listen to me and to help me so i got upset with her unprofessional bad attitude that i told her that i was going to contact a lawyer and she said: "SURE" very disrespecfull and very unprofessional behavior. So now i am contacting a lawyer and i wont stop until they pay me back my total refund of this device. This is not right and not the right way to treat a customer.
