I've a ZD8000 notebook bought about couple of years ago for around $2800. I purchased the warranty when I travel globally. I'd an issue with straight wrinkles on my display. I informed HP tech-support concerning the issue in dec 06. I really could not obtain the device fixed immediately since I had been out-of nation as well as in Brazil. I delivered towards the people in July 07, today warranty expired. Delivered device to HP for restoration. We decided to possess the device fixed at my price of 286.95. They lay about the device for over per week without fixing. Then I approached them-and they WOn't restore my device stating it's very costly. They would like to scrap device. I want data for class-action suit as well as may contact Television information providers (eg: 7 in your corner) for quality of issue. Please assist with any data smb!
