This is a warning to people that may have brought Magic or if you are considering it. Companies know that people do not read their Terms Of Service before they purchase something. I wish I had here it is regarding return of MJ.

I brought 2, one for me and one for my mother, when I realized it could not replace regular service, And that there are issues with 911. Also my firends and job will have to pay long distance to talk to me. I decided to return it. Little did I know that I may have to wait up to 45 Days and to get RMA # you have to chat with MJ people whose sole job is to talk you out of returning before they will give you a link to get and RMA #. And Notice that they are saying they will only allow a return of one Magic Jack.
Well I brought two of their Platinum Plan five years of service. At $106.00that means they owe me 212.00 minus S&H. If you actually wait 45 days to file with your BanK it would exceed the Bank's time for notification. I've return it within seven days of purchase. I 'm posting this now for would be buyers to beware and resaerch via web before you purchase miracle gadgets.
