I purchesed the Emerson switchboard which was to be used for incoming phone calls on my PC. This did not function right with caller ID, which it stated it would.
I wrote to Great Buy USA and told them of this and they said just sent the switchboard back for a full refund.
I did this and this was back in October 7th.
I have sent many letters as to where my refund was, with no avail. I have the ups track number and checked this a few days after returning this product. It was tracked down that this company received this back to them, so I know they have it.
The order number for this return is #10194988.
I also have the number for original order which is 33548. I paid them $67.00 for this and I feel they are screwing me around and have no intention of sending refund to me. But I have all receipts, trackings and letters from them stating a refund for me was on the way, so I do not think they will get away with this.
