Defective Karaoke Machine, Slow Reply and Exchange Refused

I purchased an iPad compatible karaoke machine as a Christmas present. Immediately out of the box it didn't work. It took two weeks for them to respond to my request even though their autobot email said I would have a response in 24 hours. They refuse to exchange this product for one that works. Stay away from them - they are trash.
