Defective item bought on groupon

I bought a defective veho m3 bluetooth speaker from groupon. When I wrote to them to explain they told me that even defective the sale was final and that the partner had to answer my complaint (the partner is not answering my complaint) In short groupon just wash their hands they sell defective items and just don't take any responsability
