Amazon Marketplace The Thieves Sell Defective Electronics

I purchased an iPod Touch from this company in September as a Christmas present for my son. When he opened it on Christmas Day it didn't work. The numbers wouldn't work, several letters wouldn't work and it wouldn't turn off properly. When I contacted the company, they just simply told me the return "window" had passed and I was out $103.00

They didn't offer to replace it with a working one, or offer a refund. They argued through several emails. Never never never purchase anything from this company. They are an Amazon Seller. Be ware!
