I ordered a 7" new black netbook described as having WiFi and Android 2.2 Marketplace from Amazon.com for my sons Christmas present - the seller was eGlobalWireless. The description online did not mention eGlobal and said that the product would be directly shipped from Brooklyn NY. When the product arrived it cam from Florida, was white, used with a scratch on it, no working WiFi, and no Android 2.2.

When I contacted the company they explained that I was liable for paying shipping to return the item and that a portion of my refund would be deducted as a re-stocking fee. I contacted Amazon because they have an A-Z Buyer Guarantee. I was encouraged to continue working with the seller if possible but as soon as eGlobal found out about my claim with Amazon they became very hostile and didn't want to discuss the details of the refund process with me any more.

I emailed the seller today with the tracking number for the return shipment and information regarding the BBB complaint I filed against them this morning.
