I purchased an unlocked NEW 9900 Blackberry Bold. According to Blackberry the phone was NOT unlocked. The phone was branded by Verizon. And the email feature could not be setup unless I choose Verizon as my carrier. I returned the phone within 5 days of purchase, but N1 Wireless does not want to refund me for the purchase. I am working with my credit card company in an attempt to force the refund.
