MagicJack is impossible to communicate with. On line ONLY. I want to transfer to another co. I have requested my account number over a dozen times and the other company says WRONG. I have requested the corperate office contact number. They repeat they can not do so. The live chat gets cut off leaving you to wonder... I have requested that they contact the other co. But like robots they repeat the dictated messege. Never go with a company with no 800 phone number and on line only. Not working for me at all! Help any suggestions. What is their email i tried to report to bbb, when i entered the e mail assress it said incorrect
