Ipod doctor
Company took the money and ipod but failed to delivery and respond to any e-mails

Hi

I paid 40 pounds per itouch to have a battery replaced. I send the itouch by recorded delivery over 3 weeks ago and have not heard back from iPod doctor. I sent them several e-mails asking them to advise on progress however they failed to respond to any of my messages.

Subsequently, I found that other people had similar experience with these guys. It is hard to believe that they have been operating for 2 years and are referenced on Amazon. We collectively need to do something to stop this scam.

First, do not use the guys in any case!!! Don't fall in the same trap I did.
