Not only did I tell them what I thought was wrong with my computer, they wouldn't listen to me, made me feel stupid, like I'm just a crazy lady that do t know what I'm talking about. Not only did I tell them the problem, I showed them hints and clues to the problem, the techs always had an excuse. I found the proof I needed to show them that my laptop had been hacked. Then I had to find the answers in resolving my problem. After 10 restores, reformatting, 3 new hard drives, new LAN connector - I had to tell them his to fix my problem. Then he asked to copy my notes on all the research I did for 8 hrs straight. Now it's a wait & see to see if they are intelligent enough to fix it I even gave them the name of the tool needed to ridden the hacker, will I have to step them through this as well? NEVER EVER WILL I RECOMMEND THEM. I paid them to find and fix my problem - BUT. I did ALL the work myself. Who should be paying who? Maybe they should pay me - for my knowledge and showing them what to do!!! And to think they went to school for this and all I did was research. Ridiculous
