Cant say what they did because they did nothing. My computer crashed so i took eit to ggeksquad in altoona. Had the privilegde of paying $70 for them to tell me it wouldn't boot up. No shit, thats why it was there. After 8 days i called to find out they didn't even get to it. I went up and tok it home. Paid someone else a samll fee to get it working. Geek squad is worthless. A bunch of kids that have no real skills. I will never use them again and i will never shop at best buy again since they support this bunch of dorks. Save your money. If you have a problem, find someone local in the yellow pages. Geek squad wants your money and could care less about your problem
