I was notified by Centurion Financial to receive a mastercard with a limit of $2,000 and pay a one time fee of $249.00. I would not accure any interest for 3 years and would receive a free Gateway home computer and printer. I told them I would think about it.
They called me back at least 5 times to try and convince me. I should have read my first thoughts. They were constantly calling me at work and I told them to call me at home and I would think about it. They called me at home one evening and I gave them my information.
I told them not to debit my account until Oct. 5th. The lady said this would be fine and it would take up to 25 days to receive the card and computer. I waited and waited. Now, it is November 3rd and I still have not received the card nor the computer.
I have called the 1-800 number and the line is always busy. I am going to my bank on tomorrow and have them to track my money. I will notify all the people who need to know. This is ridiculous stealing from people.
I will try to find these people and if anyone who has been a victim of this scam, let me know when they get caught or if they know any information before I do. Thanks for listening.
