Ripoff, cashed my check for 19.95 for a grant guide and did not send it Cherry Hill, New Jersey

I delivered a check to pvi writing in-may. It had been recommended and transferred on september 6 at business bank cherry hill, nj. I delivered 19.95 to get a grant manual and not received it. I don't understand how to contact them. Are you able to support me get my money-back?
