Eleven days otimatum; but to my greatest suprise i, ve done that immediately but i, ve not hear anything from your office till date. Pls i, m write to verify the status of the cash award wether it has sucessful. The above no are the identification cash payment no with amount of payment: cash payment No: (90048) cash payment authorizing officer: chrles T. Wellington, Date of Issue: 7/23, Form No: 472-R, total cash award payment:$10,000.00, personal cash payment Number: FY401 0840579452.

While Certified Document Of Record is, Certificate Number: 01-002. I, m pls to verify the status of the award wether you have receive the sign letter back in your office. Pls i look forward to read your mail back immediately concerning the cash awrad.
