Ripoff Sent 19.95 to get grant book and have not gotten it yet. Sent on 07/26/04

I set $19.95 t PVI for a grant book. I sent this money on July 26th.

I am still waiting for my guide as oct 1st 2004. This sounds like a lot of people have fallen into this trap.
