Ripoff fraudulent billing of $9.95 Northrodge California

I was recently charged $9.95 from a comapany called M02 CNS Membership which I have never heard of. I have never purchased any product from this company yet they still charge me. It concerns me that they can access my account and commit this crime so easily. This company needs to be stopped at once.
