Ripoff fraudulent charge my credit card 99.95 membership fee

Told us that we were charged membership because of purchase of an item through home improvement catalog, and offer us $50 saving bond, cancelled membership never received credit as promise after one billing cycle. Called my credit company and have them deal with it.
