I got an email from Membership Billing Systems, Inc. Saying I owed $770 to ASR Jiu Jitsu, a gym my son had gone to 3 years ago. I called the owner of ASR and he told me I did not owe him anything and that Membership Billing Systems, Inc. Is a fraudulent company.
